FIRST TIME PATIENTS

At your first visit to the practice, the reception staff will ask you to complete a short medical questionnaire. Please bring a list of any medications you are taking. If you are an NHS patient please bring your Health and Care Number (H&C) in order to register with us. This is a 10-digit number which you can find on your medical card if issued after 2005, or by contacting your GP practice.

Your dentist will discuss your needs and concerns and carry out a full examination. X-rays may be taken to aid diagnosis.

A treatment plan and estimate of treatment costs will be given to you at the end of the appointment.

We look forward to welcoming you soon.
